CMS is accepting submissions from non-licensed, but qualified and diligent individuals to take and upload digital exterior photographs of residential properties Nationwide.  No professional analysis is required, just prompt attention and response to client orders. 

Do you have skills and knowledge related to the Real Estate and housing industry and visit residential houses on a daily basis?

Home Inspector?

Property Insurance inspector?

Residential Contractor?

Are you a current CMS vendor?  CMS vendors are Pre-Approved for inclusion in the database.

You must own a decent quality digital camera and have the ability to upload photographs. 

Time/date stamp capabilities not currently required, but may be at a future date.

If you own your own company and/or have a website relevant to approval of your submission.  Please indicate below as it will expedite the approval process and inclusion in the database. 

If you feel you are qualified for affiliation with CMS as an Independent Contractor, property condition inspector, please submit all required fields of the below for consideration and possible inclusion in CMS’ nationwide database.  

Property Verification Reports are ordered in bulk and multiple available orders, within a reasonable proximity to the contractor, will be offered to the same vendor.   

Photo submissions are also accepted through our AIM Pro/WebEx Instant messaging platform.
