Convenient Payment Options

CMS Property Services, Inc. offers convenient and secure online payment options including:

            Credit Card – Visa, M/C and AMEX payments may be made at the time of order through our secure website.  Monthly invoices may also be paid a with company credit card, if desired. 

Google Checkout – Provides secure and convenient processing of Visa, M/C, AMEX and Discover.  Google Checkout is the preferred payment option for most homeowner paid appraisals due to the convenience and security that Google provides.  

 PayPal – Secure online payments may be made through PayPal with Visa, M/C, AMEX, Discover or Instant Bank Transfer.

Frequent customers may also arrange for payment terms by contacting our sales department or assigned account representative. 

Homeowner Paid Appraisals

Given the current credit situation and declining market conditions in many areas, homeowner paid appraisals are a prudent choice. Most homeowners prefer Google Checkout due to the name recognition associated with the world’s most successful web company. CMS also offers PayPal, certified check, money order or payment at the time of inspection for homeowner paid appraisals. Homeowners are required to pay for the valuation report prior to or at the time of inspection with certified funds. Homeowners, who elect to pay with Google Checkout or PayPal, will receive an invoice via email with a link to the respective payment processing portal.

Credit Card Payment at The Time of Order

At the time of order, enter your credit card information into the Payment Information section of the order form. When you submit the order, your payment data is sent – over a secure connection – along with the other information. The order process does confirm you’ve entered a valid credit card number, and prompts you to correct it if you made a mistake. The encrypted credit card information is sent along with your order and the card won’t be charged until after we’ve accepted the order. 

Security and Encryption

All of the online processing sites are protected by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This means that every sensitive communication between your computer and web servers is encrypted.  If you or the homeowner prefers not to enter your credit card information online, you’re welcome to give us the card number over the phone.
