Professional Property Documentation Services – PPD Report™
CMS provides Professional Property Documentation to assist in determining adequate policy limit selection and to ensure full compensation in the event of an unexpected disaster.
CMS’ PPD Report™ provides an organized presentation and verification of insurable personal property. The final PPD Report™ is provided on, password protected, digital media and contains video and photographs of insurable items as well as any related documents including personal property appraisals for jewelry, artwork, and/or certified collectable items.
