CMS has developed a comprehensive field inspection form to assist the data collection process for both new and experienced appraisers.  The forms were developed by a team of experienced appraisers to ensure recording of all pertinent property features for interior/exterior appraisal reports.  

The forms list common property features that can be circled, have space for handwritten notes and also have a ½ page sketch section.  CMS’ appraisal inspection forms are a cost effective alternative to cumbersome and time consuming handheld computer devices.

Both the 1004 and 1073 inspection forms are available for download after purchase and processing in printable PDF format.  The forms may be printed as many times as desired by the purchasing party.
