VENDOR SIGN UP - PROPERTY VERIFICATION INSPECTOR   Do you have skills and knowledge related to the Real Estate and housing industry and visit residential houses on a daily basis?    CMS is accepting submissions from licensed and non-licensed, but qualified and diligent individuals to take and upload digital exterior photographs of residential properties Nationwide.  No professional analysis is required, just prompt attention and response to client orders.         Non-Certified Appraiser?   Home Inspector?     Property Insurance inspector?    Residential Contractor?   Are you a current CMS vendor?    CMS vendors are Pre-Approved for inclusion in the database.   If you own your own company and/or have a website relevant to approval of your submission.  Please indicate below as it will expedite the approval process and inclusion in the database.    You must own a decent quality digital camera and have the ability to upload photographs.    Time/date stamp capabilities not currently required, but may be at a future date.   If you feel you are qualified for affiliation with CMS as an Independent Contractor, property condition inspector, please submit all required fields of the below form for consideration and possible inclusion in CMS’ nationwide PV database.     Orders are offered and assigned by geocoding and will be extremely proximate (same or neighboring towns to your location).    Reports are ordered in bulk and multiple orders, will be bundled and offered to the same vendor to maximize compensation.    Photo submissions are accepted through our website or AIM Pro/WebEx Instant messaging platform.     *****THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION APPLIES TO CURRENT VENDORS ONLY*****   IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CMS VENDOR AND WOULD LIKE TO BE INCLUDED IN OUR PROPERTY VERIFICATION INSPECTOR DATABASE, YOU MUST SUBMIT THIS FORM.    Many of our vendors are regional companies with multiple employees or contractors; you are welcome to sign up each qualified party under your office and email, but their home address.  By doing so, you will maximize potential for available, geocoded orders, but still be able to manage order flow and compensation to your employees or contractors.    Please note:  CURRENT VENDORS YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE QUALIFICATIONS SECTION OF THIS FORM AS YOU ARE ALREADY APPROVED WITH CMS.   You are welcome to provide any information in the resume/qualifications section you like, but it is very important to indicate you are a current vendor (see below) in order to route the information correctly and tag your entry.    PLEASE PASTE “CMS VENDOR” INTO THE FIELD
