Q: How do I update my profile including fees and license information?
A: Please resubmit a vendor sign-up form. The updated information will be added to the new database.

Q: What is my user name and login id?
A: CMS is in the final stage of development of a vendor portal. At a future date, all vendors will be able to login and view their individual profile, update license information, fees and upload current documents.
Q: I signed up, but I am not receiving CMS emails.
A: Please ensure VendorMgmt@cmsps.net and orders@cmsps.com is on your safe senders list or check you spam box. If you are still not receiving our emails, please complete a vendor inquiry form found here.
Q: When will I receive my first order?
A: CMS has no way to determine when or where client orders will be. Further, order availability depends on the number of vendors in your respective market area, your experience and the competitiveness of your fees. You may update you profile at any time as noted above.
Q: Do you need vendors in…
A: Although CMS currently has a vast vendor database, CMS is always looking for experienced, accurate and competitive appraisers, nationwide.
Q: How long until I get paid?
A: CMS issues payment within 15-30 days after the completed report is accepted by our quality control department.
